Learning Through Wonder
At Little Lorikeet, children are encouraged to explore, question, and create through inquiry-based and creative experiences that foster critical thinking, imagination, collaboration, and confident self-expression.

We recognise children as natural researchers who are driven by curiosity and discovery. Educators observe children’s interests closely and design learning experiences that encourage inquiry, problem solving, and exploration.
Through project learning, STEM experiences, outdoor discovery, and creative experimentation, children investigate ideas, ask questions, and develop critical thinking skills. Learning emerges authentically from children’s curiosity, allowing them to actively construct knowledge through play and exploration.
Creativity is central to learning at Little Lorikeet. Inspired by the concept of the “100 Languages of Children”, we provide rich opportunities for children to express their ideas through art, music, movement, storytelling, dramatic play, and construction.
Our Atelier experiences encourage imagination, communication, and innovation while supporting children to represent their thinking in diverse ways.
Creative expression strengthens children’s confidence, collaboration skills, and ability to communicate their ideas with others.
